Turkish Ulema inaugurate Ismail Aga Seminary at Islamabad

A nine-member delegation of Islamic scholars from Turkey arrived in federal capital on a four-day visit to Pakistan on the invitation of Khubaib Foundation Pakistan.

The delegation is comprised of representative of various NGOs united under the banner of IDDEF [Federation of NGOs that value people]. The majority of participants are followers of 17th century Turk Islamic Scholar Ismail Aga who laid down his life for upholding the banner of lslam despite all odds of secularism in Turkey.

The delegation is headed by renowned Turk scholar Mohammad Toran. Other members of the delegation include: Nael Erdoganm Ali Abi, Ali Khoja, Jamaluddin Erdogan, Mahmood Erdogan, Mahmood Shaukat, Saifuddin and Nadeem Khoja.
On the first day of their stay in the federal capital the delegation visited Dawah Academy of International Islamic University, and Islamic Research Institute at Faisal Mosque. On arrival at Dawah Academy, the delegation was received by Research Scholars Ihsan Malik and Mohammad Zaheer. Prof Dr. Shahid Rafie briefed the delegation about the working of Dawah Academy.

Maulana Mohammad Toran shed light on the purpose of IDDEF team visit to Pakistan saying: they look forward to open a chain of religious schools in Pakistan." In this regard, Maulana Toran said, they will inaugurate three seminaries namely in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and remote area of Hamazawala in district Muzaffargarh.

Later, the delegation visited different sections of the Dawah Academy and showed keen interest in the working of 25 year old academy. Concluding the briefing, the Turkish team presented gifts to Dawah Academy hosts which they reciprocated with a set of Dawah Academy publication.

The IDDEEF delegation also visited Islamic Research Institute and affiliated Dr. Hamidullah Library. The delegation went around various sections of the library. They were impressed by the quality and quantity of the books maintained by the IRI. The visiting Turkish scholars lauded the bulk of research work produced under the aegis of IRI. The Turkish delegation offer Jumma prayer at Faisal Masjid.

Turkish Ambassador & delegation celebrate Orphan Solidarity Day; lauds KF dedica...

A fifteen members delegation currently visiting Pakistan to express solidarity with the orphan students studying at various educational projects under the aegis of Khubaib Foundation.

The delegation, comprised of seven females and eight male members, is representing several Turkish humanitarian organisations and individual philanthropists who are sponsoring the orphan children by meeting their educational and lodging expenses at the various schools and colleges run by the Khubaib Foundation in Pakistan.

İHH İnsani Yardım Vakfı of Turkey with its wide humanitarian network in more than 192 countries around the globe, has dedicated two weeks [March 16-31, 2012] to Orphan Solidarity Days wherein associates and affiliates of the İHH are expressing solidarity with orphans children in the society.

The İHH Orphan Solidarity Days are being observed in 17 countries this year including Pakistan, Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Burkina Faso, Philippines, Sudan, Arakan, Albania, Zanzibar, Afghanistan, Turkey, Chad, Kyrgyzstan, Pattani and Somalia. Kind hearted segments of the society hold special programs to highlight the importance of better care for the orphans.
In this connection a series of programs have been chalked out by Khubaib Foundation, İHH partner organization in Pakistan. Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan Babur Hizlan was the chief guest on the first-day of Orphan Solidarity Program held at the greens of Khubaib Foundation head office.

In addition to 15 members Turkish delegation, orphan students from Khubaib College and Rumi International School for Afghan Refugees, Haripur were present on this occasion. Orphans girls from Muhammadan School of Advance Learning (MSAL), Rawalpindi also attended the solidarity program.

Speaking to well dressed orphan children and visiting Turkish guests, Turkish Ambassador Babur Hizlan welcomed them and lauded the work of Khubaib Foundation and İHH role in caring for these orphans who are part of their academic body in various educational projects.

Chairman Khubaib Foundation Nadeem Ahmed Khan also welcomed the Turkish delegation on the behalf of all orphan students and especially thanked the İHH and Turkish nation who always shouldered with the Pakistani nation in distressed circumstances.

Clean Drinking Water Facility at KCH inaugurated

Khubaib Foundation and İHH İnsani Yardım Vakfı of Turkey have always taken the lead in providing better educational, recreation and healthcare facilities to students especially orphans studying in various projects under the aegis of Khubaib Foundation.

In the line of fulfilling this commitment, İHH advisor Mehmet Kara inaugurated a new drinking-water facility at the Khubaib College Haripur. He performed ground-breaking for installing water tube-well ahead of summer season so that uninterrupted clean drinking water is ensured at the FCH campus.

In addition to fulfilling drinking water needs, the project will also irrigate fruit, vegetables and cattle farm to be set up at the 300 kanal KCH complex in the future.

Ahead of ground-breaking at the KCH, Qari Sajjad prayed for the success of project and İHH and Khubaib Foundation. KF Director Coordination Col. (R) Niaz Muhammad, Principal Khubaib College Haripur Syed Ikhlaq Hussain Shah, Coordinator Sheikh Muhammad Abid and students' body of Khubaib College Haripur were also present on the occasion.
