Pakistan is facing extreme weather conditions in Northern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit, and Azad Kashmir, including Buner, Swat, Shangla, Mansehra, Torghar, Lower Dir, Battagram, Astore, Ghizer, Skardu, Naltar Valley and Neelum Valley. According to statistics given by NDMA, hundreds of people have been killed and thousands of houses are destructed due to extreme flooding. In Govt reports, still hundreds of people are missing.
Khubaib Foundation has initiated Flood Emergency Relief Pakistan for affected communities. Emergency response teams are on the ground all across flood affected areas in Pakistan, and have been rescuing people’s lives and livelihoods, providing relief assistance, including cooked food, dry ration packs, tarpaulin sheets, medical aid and other non-food essential items.
