Qurbani Programme Completed with Zeal & Fervor
Hundreds of animals were sacrificed on the first , second & third days of Eid-ul-Azha under the auspices of Khubaib Foundation. According to details, these animals were sacrificed in Islamabad, Haripur, Mardan, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Turbat, Pasheen, Quetta, Faisalabad and many other cities of the country. Special teams were constituted by the Foundation to look after the slaughter and proper distribution of Qurbani meat. In this regard, proper arrangements were made at each location.
Mr. Nadeem Ahmed Khan, Chairman and Muhammad Nasir Vice Chairman of Khubaib Foundation visited a few of these locations and appreciated the efforts of Khubaib members and volunteers for efficiently accomplishing the task.
Dinner for Foreign Students of International Islamic University.
The foreign students studying in International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) were invited on a dinner at the head office of Khubaib Foundation, Islamabad.
According to details, about 50 students of the university joined by the IHH delegation, which is currently on a visit to Pakistan, were present on the occasion. Mr. Nadeem Ahmed Khan, Chairman Khubaib Foundation, Mr. Muhammad Nasir, Vice-Chairman and the Managing Director accompanied the guests on the dinner. Foundation arranged the dinner to share the moments of Eid-ul-Azha with the foreign students who are studying in Pakistan, Chairman said.
IHH Shares Eid Joys with Pakistani brothers
A nine member delegation of IHH, the biggest Turkish welfare organization, is in Pakistan on a five day visit. The purpose of their visit is to look after the Qurbani program of IHH in different cities of Pakistan. It is pertinent to mention here that IHH is an international welfare organization that is striving for betterment and uplift of humanity especially orphans, across the world particularly in the Muslim countries. In Pakistan, the organization is working for the last one decade.
In Pakistan, like previous years, IHH has devised a special Qurbani Program this year. On the first day of Eid, delegation visited various sites where animals were sacrificed and meat was distributed among needy people.
Mr. Rajab, Vice-President of IHH termed the arrangements as satisfactory. He also appreciated Khubaib Foundation for facilitating the whole process.
