Khubaib Foundation , in collaboration with its partner organization IHH (İnsan Hak ve Hürriyetleri İnsani Yardım Vakfı), successfully organized a three-day Capacity Building Workshop for orphanage staff, aimed at enhancing the quality of care and management within orphan care facilities.
The workshop was held in Islamabad, where it brought together the staff of different Khubaib Foundation centres and orphanages. The training workshops aimed to consolidate institutional practices, improve childcare practices, and equip staff to support the emotional, psychological, and educational development of orphan children.

The training workshop featured sessions on child protection, trauma awareness, emotional intelligence, communications, and modern orphanage management practices, said a foundation official. The sessions were held in the format of interactive lectures, group tasks, and case studies by trainers of the Khubaib Foundation and IHH.

The project reflects Khubaib Foundation’s firm commitment for self-improvement and education on its welfare activities, not just giving the children in its care food and shelter, but also full care towards a brighter future.

Chairman Khubaib Foundation, Mr. Nadeem Ahmed Khan, spoke to the participants after the workshop and urged professional improvement in order to enhance the quality of care for orphans. He appreciated the hard work of the staff and appreciated IHH for ongoing support in social welfare activities.

“Part of our broader mission to establish a loving and skilled support network for the orphans, this workshop is,” Chairman Nadeem Ahmed Khan said. “By investing in the professional development of our caregivers, we give every child in our care love, respect, and professionalism.”

Chairman Khubaib Foundation also awarded certificates to the participants, acknowledging their commitment towards learning and their contribution towards building the lives of children. He encouraged them to apply what they had learned in the workshop in their work life.
