Islamabad: Chairman Khubaib Foundation, Mr. Nadeem Ahmed Khan, held a career counselling session this week with a group of students who have recently completed their HSSC and are preparing for university admissions, as part of the organization’s continuing work in orphan care and education across Pakistan.
The session brought together the Chairman and the Foundation’s Education team with students to discuss their academic interests and future career plans. Students spoke about the fields they hope to pursue, ranging from medicine and engineering to business and the social sciences, while the Chairman and his team offered guidance on suitable universities and departments based on each student’s aptitude and goals.
“This was not just about counselling. It was about reassuring these students that someone believes in their future,” said Mr. Nadeem Ahmed Khan, Chairman Khubaib Foundation. “Many of our students have no family to turn to for this kind of guidance. It is our responsibility to be that support system, from the classroom all the way to university admission.”
The Foundation held similar counselling sessions regularly, aiming to ensure that every student has a clear and supported path into higher education.
Following the discussion, the Chairman directed the Education team to actively facilitate each student’s admission process, including shortlisting universities, preparing applications, and following up through to enrolment. The initiative forms part of Khubaib Foundation’s broader orphan care and education program, which has supported the education, health, and wellbeing of orphaned children across Pakistan
