The Yemen crisis is ongoing, and the people there are suffering from extreme difficulties. In light of these conditions, Khubaib Foundation is engaged in efforts to ensure the provision of basic facilities to our Yemeni brethren living in distress.
With over 21.6 million Yemenis in urgent need of aid, including a majority of children, the crisis encompasses food insecurity, lack of clean water, and inadequate healthcare. Alarmingly, 11.9 million people suffer from malnutrition, with severe consequences, particularly for children. The situation is deteriorating, necessitating more urgent assistance. Healthcare and water systems are in disarray, exacerbating the crisis. Additionally, education is severely impacted, with millions of children lacking necessary support.
Our efforts in Yemen have positively impacted over 2 million individuals, providing crucial support such as food aid, clean water access, healthcare, and livelihood assistance. Through Khubaib Foundation, we’re dedicated to ensuring families have enough to eat monthly, distributing food and cash vouchers. Additionally, we’ve supported thousands through livelihood and health projects, while also providing blankets and setting up tent cities for those in need. Improving water systems and distributing hygiene kits have further enhanced the lives of hundreds of thousands, bringing essential relief in challenging times.
While responding in ongoing emergencies through humanitarian Assistance, Khubaib Foundation also working to implement seasonal Islamic Project. During Ramadan and Qurbani we initiated special food and cloth distributions to promoting inclusiveness in festive celebrations.
